The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made from Motivated4ever Shop.

1. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Motivated4ever Shop. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.Please note that these terms (including prices and returns policies) apply only to purchases made online from the Motivated4ever Shop. 2. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices and charges on this site are shown in € (euros). They include any VAT payable and free shipping cost on all orders.The total cost of your order will be the total price of the products and services you order, which will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order.Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate.If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Site is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms.

We accept PayPal payments and bank transfers. Payment is deducted when we process your order.

 

3. DELIVERY
We offer free delivery on all orders through Slovenian Post. We dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Delivery time depend on your location (country), for example:
EUROPEAN COUNTRIES: up to 4 working days
REST OF THE WORLD: up to 10 working days
Delivery time information were forwarded by Slovenian Post trough which we dispatch all orders.
If client want to get the order faster (1-2 working days) and it’s willing to pay for it it’s possible to sent trough DHL EXPRESS.Important:  in December delivery time might last longer because of holidays.

 

4. RETURNS
Include a note detailing your order number, and what you want to be swapped/refunded. All returns must be made to the following address:

SLOVENIA, EUROPEOrder cancellations must be made in writing or via e-mail, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to Customer Care.

If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Shipping is only refundable if you receive faulty goods.

Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

If you find an error or omission, please let us know, and we will correct it as soon as possible after verification.We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused, but we cannot always offer the exact described product at the specified price, if errors and / or omissions are present.It is advisable to check both specification and pricing before quoting, ordering or using information provided on this website.

Please do not contact us unless it has been (7-10) working days as specified.

You received the wrong item?
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer returns on underwear.
